Recently, the 2020 China International Fabric Design Competition hosted by China National Textile And Apparel Association (CNTAC) successfully concluded, and released the 43rd session (2021 spring and summer) China popular fabric shortlisted award list. Since its establishment in 1999, China International Fabric Design Competition has been held annually in spring, summer, autumn and winter in accordance with procurement requirements. The competition advocates the product development concept of combining trend leading with market demand, encourages and promotes the innovation of textile products, and enhances the market competitiveness of innovative products. The winning "Ying Wu Zhisen" fabric is declared by our r & D center. 65% merino wool is processed by patent technology, and it has the characteristics of shrinkage under hot and humid state. The 20% fine mulberry silk makes the fabric have silk luster; 15% nylon enhances the strength and wear resistance of the fabric. After the special damp heat treatment process, the fabric shrinks to close, no chemical additives processing, natural with a certain wind and water repellent performance, the production process is very natural and environmental protection. 110G light weight, natural windproof water repellent, silk luster, high wear resistance, natural environmental protection, suitable for high-grade down jacket. My company r & D center designer Qu Xiaojing said: "this fabric using our company's patented technology development, the production process without any chemical additives, the fabric has windproof waterproof, thin and wear-resistant performance, at the same time it is very environmentally friendly, especially suitable for making down jacket skin. This fabric breaks through the style limitations of traditional woolen worsted fabric and forms a new style of worsted fabric."
