On February 4th, nanshan Worsted invited professor Han Furong, leader of China National Textile Industry Association and main drafter of "Criterion of Excellent Performance Evaluation", and four people to the company for inspection, guidance and training in order to apply for quality Award of Chinese textile Enterprises. Conduct field visits to Nanshan Worsted and conduct guidance and training on self-evaluation of Excellent Performance. On February 5th, Nanshan Worsted organized the excellent performance evaluation standard training for middle management cadres and quality management backbone in nanshan Worsted electric classroom. Hanlao's explanation of the standards in a simple and profound way has deepened the knowledge and understanding of the performance excellence evaluation criteria for the management staff at all levels of worsted, and will strongly promote the performance excellence self-evaluation of Nanshan Worsted and the application of the quality award of the association. In the next step, Nanshan Worsted will work with the project team of School of Management of Xi 'an Polytechnic University to jointly promote the work of "Self-evaluation of Excellent Performance" and complete the application of Nanshan Worsted Textile Enterprise Quality Award.
