Founded in 1996, Nanshan fabric R & D center is a national recognized enterprise technology center and a national high count pure wool product development base. The center has won the "national advanced unit for training excellent textile fabric designers" for many times. The R & D center is fully connected to the ERP system to realize the informatization of product design and development. It has a rapid response system for yarn and goods preparation to realize color serialization, yarn count serialization, pattern series, color number compilation serialization and product promotion serialization.
Nanshan fabric R & D center has successively established stable industrial, academic and research integrated cooperative relations with domestic well-known textile colleges and universities such as Donghua University, Tianjin University of technology, Xi'an University of engineering and Hong Kong Polytechnic University. In 2011, it cooperated with Xi'an University of engineering to establish the "Wool Textile Research Institute", which is committed to building China's first fabric textile industry through the joint mode of schools and enterprises. In 2013, the Wool Innovation Center (WDC) was established in cooperation with the international wool Bureau, carrying the cutting-edge technology and product R & D work of wool innovation, and established an all-round and multi-form integrated innovation model. Nanshan Zhishang Technology Co., Ltd. has also set up a Milan R & D center in Italy and hired an Italian expert team to provide the company with international advanced technical support and original design.
Nanshan fabric R & D center has won the "product development contribution award" of the National Textile Industry Federation for many times; China international popular fabric design competition "Gold Award", "best menswear fabric Application Award", "best material application Award", etc; Wool textile industry association weierjia Cup "excellent design award", "first prize", etc; "First prize of scientific and technological progress" of Shandong Province and "second prize of scientific and technological progress" of National Textile Industry Federation; Successively participated in the national "863 project" and undertook national key scientific research projects such as the national "Torch Plan".
Since 2010, Nanshan Zhishang technology has gone to Paris twice a year to participate in the European top fabric exhibition recognized as the wind vane of the latest international fabric trend and leading the world's latest fabric fashion trend, the first visual fabric exhibition in France, namely premi è revision (P.V. fabric exhibition for short). As one of the first approved exhibitors in China, Nanshan Zhishang technology has become the highlight of the exhibition with excellent design and exquisite technology, and has won important attention among European textile manufacturers.
